Our return conditions

1. General information

If you buy online, you have 60 days from the day of delivery to notify us that you wish to renounce your purchase. Is the product not what you expected? No problem. You can return it up to 60 days after your purchase. When returning your product, it is important to arrange this on your own initiative and at your own expense. However, please always request your return via our customer service before returning the product. Is it important to provide the order number and reason for defect?

3. Packaging and shipping

Place the product, with all its accessories, documents back in the original packaging and, if necessary, a second packaging for extra protection.

4. Refund

The refund will only be made once we have received the item back in its original condition, with all accessories, documents and packing materials. We will transfer the purchase amount, including any shipping costs, to the same account as the one with which you made the payment. This is usually done within a maximum of 5 working days. 

5. Exceptions

Articles that are damaged as a result of damage caused by the customer cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us if you are in doubt whether the article can be returned.
