1. General information
All orders are subject to product availability.
2. Delivery location
The articles offered on our website are currently only available for delivery to addresses within the BENELUX, France and Germany. Shipments outside the BENELUX, France and Germany are currently not available.
3. Delivery time
An estimated delivery time will be given to you as soon as your order is placed and your tracking number is sent via email. The delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment and not from the date of order. The delivery times are only indicative and depend on the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will do our best to execute your order within 3 working days after the date of your order (BENELUX only). Working day means Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. The delivery date may vary due to the shipping practices of the carrier, the delivery location, the method of delivery and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Delivery methods
At checkout you can select the desired shipping method. Delivery can be arranged at home.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the country of shipment. To find out how much your order costs, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and go to the checkout page. Once at the checkout page, you will see the shipping costs, if any.The revenue tax is raised according to the province or area to which the item is shipped.
6. Damaged items in transport
If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately via service@houseofmusic.be.
7. Logistic Partner
ArtSound uses GLS for your delivery but reserves the right to use another partner at any time.
