Contest Rules "Win a signed Lotto Dstny shirt" 25.03.24 - 30.03.24

Article 1 - Organizer and General Conditions:

1.1 The contest is organized by House of Music nv, VAT BE 0454.287.820, located at Legen Heirweg 23D, 9890 Gavere (Belgium). Participation in the contest is free and does not require any purchase.

1.2 The contest runs from March 25, 2024, to March 30, 2024, until 23:59.

1.3 Participants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for prizes and they are non-transferable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.

Article 2 - Participation Requirements:

2.1 The contest is open to residents of Belgium and neighboring countries aged 18 or over. Only one participant per household is allowed. Participants who do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for prizes.

Article 3 - Participation Procedure:

3.1 Participants must correctly fill out the entry form on the website www.artsound.be/nl/wedstrijdlottodstny, including answering the questions asked and the tie-breaker question.

3.2 Participation is only valid via the official contest website. Incorrect or incomplete entries will not be considered.

3.3 Each participant may only enter the contest once. Duplicated entries will not be accepted.

Article 4 - Prizes:

4.1 The grand prize consists of a shirt signed by the participating women's and men's teams.

4.2 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th places entitle the winners to a cycling gadget pack (cycling gloves, water bottle, keychain, and cycling cap).

4.3 Prizes are personal and may not be transferred or sold to third parties.

Article 5 - Winner Announcement:

5.1 Winners will be notified by email and via Facebook during the week of April 1, 2024.

Article 6 - Liability and Technical Incidents:

6.1 House of Music nv is not responsible for network-related incidents, losses, delays, or technical issues caused by the internet, telephone lines, or other technical failures.

6.2 House of Music nv reserves the right to interrupt, modify, extend, or terminate the contest if necessary, without any compensation to the participants.

Article 7 - Privacy Policy:

7.1 Participants' personal data will only be used for the contest and will be processed in accordance with applicable law. Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their data by submitting a request to House of Music nv.

Article 8 - Complaint Procedure:

8.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 working days after the contest closing date. Complaints can be sent to House of Music nv, Marketing Department, Legen Heirweg 23D, 9890 Gavere.
